I have been to this urgent care twice and can’t recommend them more highly. They honored my appointment time, took my symptoms very seriously, and had a lab in house to do the required analysis. And did I mention how kind and respectful they were?!

If you are a woman, you may appreciate knowing that this appears to be an entirely female team of doctors, nurses, techs, and receptionists.

My husband dislocated his shoulder and everyone at the clinic was so patient and helpful as we were deciding what and where to go and do. The clinic facility is clean and bright. Staff is super nice. They were able to connect with my insurance company with their systems and everything went smooth. They are just next to a pharmacy so it’s a one stop stop.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After a bad cut on my hand during a sailing trip the team at Flamingo Urgent Care worked on getting me back to sailing again. Three visits later my hand is back to normal again. I cannot say enough of the professional way the staff treaded me during my visits, from reception , nurses and dr, they were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They also shared advice on how to take care of a similar situation if it occurs again. Thank you to all of the staff, and keep up the good work.

The doctor and staff at Flamingo Urgent Care were professional and very kind.  Their English was amazing as our group only spoke limited Spanish, certainly not enough to understand medical terminology!  If you have a medical issue, I recommend this clinic.

I quickly received an evaluation of my health condition by the kind, courteous, and caring nursing staff. Dr. Camila and her staff were extremely professional and provided me with excellent care while at their urgent care. Was greeted with lovely friendly smiles and a genuine sense of care right from the second I walked through the door. The staff were very understanding and accommodating, and willing to go that extra mile… Dr Franceschi, was very helpful, very understanding and really knows how to make a person feel seen n understood. I almost want to find a reason just to go back, LOL… definitely one of the most stress free, easy Dr visits I’ve had, especially being a foreigner, these things can always be A lil daunting.
